The group guide systems are highly user-friendly. The devices come with all the necessary accessories and with an easy to follow user manual.

Before the tour

  • Charge up the group guide system
  • Ensure the same channel is selected on both the transmitter and the receivers. (Simple and quick way to check: turn on the devices, click the Mute button on transmitter  to observe if all receivers’ indicator light are giving response )

During the visit

  • Visitors only turn on the tour guide system and adjust the receiver volume to their preferred level
  • Three options are available to wear the transmitter

                                 

After the visit

  • Visitors return the receiver
  • Just one click to shutdown ALL receivers thru the transmitter
  • Place transmitter and receivers into the storage and chargring box，simultaneously activate the charging and disinfection mode
